Hours of operation
- Office hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- We also do blood draw on Saturday
- 24/7 On call
- You can also do lab orders over the weekend
Customer Services
- STAT results reported immediately after completion and guaranteed four (4) hour turnaround time.
- Stat Lab provides clients with a team of specialized and licensed phlebotomists.
- Critical values in results reported immediately by phone after completion or reported by fax or Internet.
- All supplies necessary for the submission of specimens are provided by Stat Lab at no charge.
- Supplies are delivered to client’s facilities, upon request, by fax or mail.
- We offer daily pick-up and delivery service of routine samples and results. Daily pick-up or scheduled pick ups are within the requirements of each account.
